As an AI Program Manager, you will report directly to the Global VP of Revenue Growth and act as their strategic right hand — driving program management for the team while leading the adoption of AI across the organisation.
You'll own the operating cadence that keeps the VP and their teams moving: building the decks, pulling the data, and structuring the narratives that power offsites, business reviews, and leadership updates.
Alongside this, you will lead AI initiatives across the VP's organisation — working cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and technical teams to identify, pilot, and launch AI agents that make teams more efficient and free up bandwidth for higher-value work.
This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Global VP of Revenue Growth.
You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and building process where none exists yet.
Key responsibilitiesExecutive Program Management: Partner directly with the VP to project manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives — tracking milestones, timelines, risks, and priorities as they evolve.
Offsite & Leadership Reporting: Pull and synthesise data, and build clear, concise decks and materials for offsites, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
Cross-Functional Agent Launches: Work with RevOps, engineering/IT, and functional leads to scope, pilot, and launch AI agents that reduce manual work and free up team bandwidth.
