We are seeking a hands-on Principal Engineer TL/M - Software Development to join our PaaS team.
In this role, you will lead a team of engineers while also contributing to technical execution — defining designs, driving key features, and writing code alongside your team.
You will balance engineering leadership with individual technical contributions, owning both people management.
This is a Tech Lead/Manager (TL/M) role built for a builder who wants to grow as a people leader without leaving the craft behind.
Position Responsibilities: Define and drive next-generation designs for complex distributed systems using Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), contributing directly to code and architecture alongside your team.
Evaluate key engineering tradeoffs and make data-driven technical decisions that balance velocity, quality, and scalability.
Write and present design proposals and technical documents that define complex problems and long-term solutions.
