We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Intern to support the Creative Operations Lead and help keep the creative team’s projects, systems, and information running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in the intersection of project management, marketing, business operations, and creative work.
You do not need to be an expert in our tools or processes — we are looking for someone who is curious, structured, eager to learn, and excited to grow their Creative Operations skill set over the course of the internship.
Your TasksSupport the Creative Operations Lead with the day-to-day coordination and tracking of creative projects, deadlines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
Help maintain the creative team’s Notion ticketing system and keep project information accurate and up to date.
Review incoming tickets for missing information and support smooth handovers between stakeholders and the creative team.
Assist with weekly planning, project status updates, meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Collect and organize data.
