As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage the infrastructure that connects our marketing activity with sales.
This is a hands-on role focused on making HubSpot a powerful operating system for understanding contact engagement, identifying intent signals, delivering relevant nurture, and helping our sales team engage the right people at the right time.
This is not an inbound lead-generation or MQL-focused role.
The objective is to understand how contacts are engaging with Tangible over time — what they are reading, which campaigns they respond to, what they do on our website, and other relevant signals — so that we can identify increasing levels of interest and act quickly.
You will own the day-to-day marketing operations architecture in HubSpot, while also managing nurture campaigns, marketing messaging and the operational side of content.
You will work closely with leadership and Sales to ensure our marketing activity generates useful signals and actionable intelligence, rather than simply producing more leads.
Tasks HubSpot & Marketing Operations Own and manage Tangible's HubSpot marketing operations architecture.
Build, maintain and optimise HubSpot workflows, properties, lists, segmentation, campaigns and automation.
Identify opportunities to improve the way HubSpot supports Marketing and Sales as the business scales.
