Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of a small team of four.

What you will do:Prepare and process AP invoicesReview and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracyPerform AP balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesReview and manage open Purchase OrdersEnsure all supplier accounts are reconciled against supplier statementsSchedule and process payments per company policyManage vendor payment queriesProcess staff expenses and approvalsMonitor daily cash flows, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operationsProvide weekly and monthly reports to regulated gaming authorities, ensuring compliance with regulationsSupport monthly Management Accounts and journal entriesAssist with financial auditsRole.
