the Role As a Service Delivery Manager, you play an important role in advancing the mission of Astronomer’s Professional Services team, helping accelerate and de-risk customer outcomes by ensuring delivery engagements run smoothly and remain focused on meaningful progress

You will bring structure and momentum to customer engagements by developing project plans, coordinating technical resources, and maintaining alignment across customers, delivery teams, and account stakeholders.

Your work helps customers move efficiently from kickoff to adoption while maintaining a high level of engagement and transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You will act as the operational lead for customer engagements, orchestrating work across technical delivery teams while helping customers prioritize and execute initiatives that drive platform adoption.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Service Delivery and primarily supports customers operating in East Coast time.

Responsabilidades
