Your RoleWe are looking for an Intern or Working Student ProductOps (f/m/d) to join our team at the heart of process optimization.
Our mission is to make every process connected to Operations and Relationship Management – in short, everything that touches our clients – more efficient through partial or full automation.
In this role, you will support ongoing projects across the team, analyze process journeys end to end, identify where workflows break or slow down, and build automations that make work easier for everyone involved – not just for one team at the expense of another.
You will work hands-on with tools like n8n and AI-powered workflows, and gain first-hand experience in how a leading fintech turns manual processes into scalable, intelligent systems.
This is not an administrative role: it is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys digging into processes, data, and new technologies.
