As a Working Student IT Support , you will help sharies solve day-to-day technology issues, keep our workplace equipment and user access organised, and find practical ways to automate repetitive tasks.
We are looking for a hands-on and service-minded working student who enjoys solving IT issues and helping colleagues.
You should have some practical experience with devices, software, user accounts, or IT support, but you do not need to be an expert in every area.
An interest in cloud administration, AI tools, automation, and IT security is important.
You will have the opportunity to develop these.
