We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Brevant team.
Customer Service Representatives oversee order entry and fulfillment from customer contact through delivery, partnering with internal teams to ensure the right product arrives on time with accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products Act quickly to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep orders moving Process routine and complex customer orders using systems such as SAP, Elemica, SeedWare, and related tools Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions when issues arise Train and support retail partners on SeedWare order and account management Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities Collaborate closely with CSR peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions Strong communication and relationship‑building.
