About the Position: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Utility Delivery & Coordination to be responsible for ensuring that utility energization milestones are achieved on schedule across the Cologix portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Chief Energy Strategy Officer, this role serves as the primary liaison between internal project teams, external utility providers, and consultants and contractors, driving accountability, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are positioned for successful and timely energization.
