As Team Lead (f/m/x) Content Operations – France, you will lead our Berlin-based French-speaking Content Operations team and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across the market.
You will combine team leadership, operational ownership, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with Sales, Product and other internal teams.
Reporting to the Head of Content, you will play an active role in improving the way the team works, collaborates, and supports our clients.
You will also play a key role in aligning and standardizing best practices and workflows between our French- and German-speaking Operations teams.
You will make decisions that contribute to the company's success and help drive their implementation.
