<br><strong>As a key member of the CRM team</strong>, you’ll collaborate across marketing, operations and data functions to <strong>ideate</strong> and deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing <strong>automations</strong> and other solutions that enhance customer engagement and support our business growth.

</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams, ensuring technical CRM solutions align with business goals.
</li> <li>Develop and maintain our CRM infrastructure, including automating workflows, integrations, and personalization that drive efficiency.
</li> <li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance through audits and analysis.
</li> <li>Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and optimize system functionality.
</li> <li>Analyze CRM data to generate insights and recommendations.
</li> <li>Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation.
</li> <li>Develop in-app messages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
