: We are seeking experienced US-licensed Psychotherapists or Psychologists to review transcripts of calls between our patients and our AI therapy agents

Your reviews will directly shape how we support real people seeking care; flagging risk, ensuring clinical appropriateness, and defining what "genuinely helpful" looks like at scale.

This is flexible, remote, contract work well-suited to a licensed clinician who wants meaningful part-time work at the frontier of mental health care.

Responsabilidades

Review conversation transcripts against clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standards Identify and flag clinical risk, safety concerns, and moments requiring human clinical judgment Assess whether responses are clinically appropriate, empathetic, and aligned with best practice Document clear, structured feedback that our clinical and product teams can act on Note: this role does not involve direct patient contact or care delivery
