The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in defining and executing a product vision that ensures Zenjob’s marketplace dynamics are well balanced, by optimizing our demand forecast, making sure jobs and Zenjobbers are matched optimally, and engaging students in working a high number of shifts.
This is not a role that owns one squad's backlog.
You'll work project-based: form a team around a problem, own it end-to-end until it delivers on the expected need.

Recent examples: how shifts get allocated across thousands of Zenjobbers each week, and how we get a new Zenjobber from signup to their first shift without human intervention.
This role suits a Product Manager who is energised by an open-ended problem, and who finds complex workflows genuinely interesting.
You'll report to the Director of Product and work across our Supply, Demand and Staffing squads, depending on the problem to solve.
