<p><strong>Harbor </strong>is seeking a <strong>Senior Associate Consultant</strong> to join our 3E Application Management team within our Legal Technology Enterprise Solutions practice group.

Under general direction from the Change Team Lead, the Senior Associate Consultant will work closely with a team of skilled individuals from various technical and professional backgrounds, across multiple time zones, to ensure successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction in continual improvement tasks.

This is a position that can be hybrid London or Belfast in the United Kingdom.

• Work to develop complex applications which are integrated within the constraints of the framework.
• Participate in architectural, database and user experience design for delivering client custom solutions including document output and process customisations.
• Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code for applications, following coding standards and best practices.
• Follow Change team processes for development lifecycle and release management.
• Actively participate in agile meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality and development practices.
• Produce software documentation, including technical specifications and release documents.
• Support testing processes and quality assurance to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve acceptance issues raised by clients.
• Maintain and update requests in Jira with focus on clear and timely client communication.
