Your roleWe are looking for an Inhouse Technical Recruiter (f/m/d) to join our People team for 12 months.
You will identify and attract the best talent for technical/engineering roles, as well as consistently build up a talent pool.
You will support our hiring managers in finding innovative ways to improve our recruitment process, and develop sourcing strategies that best meet our needs.
You will represent Munich Electrification authentically on relevant platforms, using your creative communication.
