Your role Take ownership of the finance function across FRASER, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient day-to-day financial operations.
Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analyses to support business decisions.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payment runs, reconciliations and liquidity planning.
Coordinate the preparation of bookkeeping (Vorbereitende Buchhaltung), ensuring invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation are complete and accurate before submission to external accounting partners.
Work closely with our external accounting firms in Germany, Switzerland, South Africa and Dubai, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely financial processes.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities together with external accountants and tax advisors.
Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax and statutory.
