What Your Day Will Look LikeAs an HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees across the organisation, providing clear advice on a wide range of HR topics while reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner.
One day you might be coaching a manager through a performance improvement plan, handling an employee relations case (disciplinary, grievance, or absence management), or updating HR policies to keep pace with changing employment legislation.
The next, you could be drafting offer letters and onboarding new hires, analysing turnover trends in Workday, or coordinating interactive learning workshops and employee engagement activities.
You will balance day-to-day HR operations with strategic people projects, working closely with recruitment, department managers, and leadership to drive performance and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
