We are looking for a bright, data-driven, collaborative operator to help us improve the experience of our members.
Your role will be to:Run the experiment loop: hypothesis, spec, launch, readout, ship or kill.
Find the next bets from data, research, and member feedback - not from a backlog of random ideas.
Spec and land a small number of features with design and engineering; you are accountable for the outcome, not the ticket.
Share results in a way the rest of Tandem can act on.
You are the right fit for the role if you:Have 3+ years of product management experience, including consumer mobile apps at scale.
Are analytical: you know the metrics that matter, can reason about experiments and statistical results, and are fluent in product analytics.
Have a proactive, independent way of working, with leadership and ownership you can point to - not only ideas, but things you shipped.
Are a clear communicator and a strong collaborator, with excellent written and spoken English.
Care about simple, intuitive user experiences and can work closely with design to get there.
Like hard problems and stay with them until they are solved.
Use AI in your own work to move faster, and are thoughtful about where it belongs in product operations.
