About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help us accelerate how homes get built.
This is a broad, high-leverage role for a product manager who wants surface area.
You will own critical parts of our platform end-to-end - the systems that price a home, schedule a build, manage cost and margin, coordinate trade partners, and give our teams the information they need to make faster, better decisions.
Where you focus will evolve with the business, and you will be trusted to pick up and own new squads as our priorities shift.

Every week we take off a build cycle, every dollar of variance we catch early, and every decision we can automate compounds across every home we build.
You will be measured on real operational outcomes - cycle time, cost accuracy, margin, throughput, adoption - not on shipping features.
Much of this work runs on genuinely complex data: cost structures, budgets and actuals, change orders, draw schedules, vendor pricing, and multi-month probabilistic schedules.
