This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and GCs, EPCs, utilities, ISOs/RTOs and local/state authorities in Radiant's first US market.
What You'll DoYou'll own delivery of Radiant's first US project end to end, building the US region from the ground up, this is a founding role for the US business, not a caretaker seat.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery LeadershipPersonally run the GC/EPC relationship and day-to-day delivery of the live US project.
Build the US planning/permitting and stakeholder relationships from scratch state and county entitlement processes, utility filings, incentive negotiations.
Team buildRecruit the Project Director and site team as the project demands it, while remaining the most senior hands-on presence on-site in year one.
Portfolio coordinationSit on the monthly portfolio review with the CDO and flag resourcing conflicts (e.
shared commissioning engineers) directly.
