This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and site contractors, regional EHS managers, and every Project Director relying on one safety and quality standard.
What You'll DoYou'll set Radiant's safety and quality standard and get on planes to sites to apply it yourself, this isn't a policy-writing role, it's a be-on-site, catch-the-problem-before-it-happens role, at least until the team grows.
You'll also embed health and safety.
