This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and EPCs, equipment OEMs, and the Operations organisation receiving each completed site.
What You'll DoYou'll personally lead commissioning on Radiant's live projects, travelling to whichever site needs you most, and build the handover-to-Operations playbook as you go rather than following one that already exists.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommissioningLead commissioning activities on-site personally, moving between projects as they reach energisation.
Build Radiant's commissioning methodology and readiness checklist from scratch.
HandoverOwn the handover package into Operations and personally walk it through with the receiving team.
Take full ownership of the entire period between build completion and Operations go-live, not just the formal handover point.
Team buildBuild out a pooled commissioning team as project count grows, while remaining hands-on at site level yourself.
