Company Overview:Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built.
We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale.
Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments.
We are not building a generic cloud.
We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure — from powered land, to compute, to software.
As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up.
We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one — who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does.
This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.
This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and EPCs, design consultants, OEMs, and every regional Project Director relying on one consistent design standard.
What You'll DoYou'll set and personally hold the line on Radiant's data center design standard for electrical, mechanical, civil and architectural design across every live project.
In the early stages, you'll be doing a meaningful share of the engineering yourself, not just reviewing it.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesignWrite and maintain the electrical, mechanical, civil and BIM design standards yourself - there isn't an existing standard to inherit.
Personally review and mark up design packages from consultants and contractors, not just sign them off.
Hands-on deliveryGet into the detail on switchgear, cooling strategy (air and liquid) and structural design for GPU-density loads.
Sit in design workshops and RFI resolution directly with EPCs and consultants - you're expected to be in the room, not one step removed.
Write technical.
