This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and certification bodies, auditors, investors and lenders, and the regional Stakeholder & Community leads.
What You'll DoYou'll build Radiant's ESG function from scratch; carbon methodology, certifications, and investor/lender reporting.
You'll be doing the analysis and writing the disclosures yourself in the early stages, not just setting policy for others to execute.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & MethodologyBuild Radiant's carbon accounting methodology and sustainability commitments (net-zero, PPAs, water usage) from a blank page.
Personally run the certification process (e.
BREEAM, LEED) on live projects rather than delegating it.
Help shape Radiant's ESG processes and policies from the ground up, aligned to industry best practice.
ReportingWrite investor and lender ESG disclosures yourself in the early stages.
Coordinate with regional Stakeholder & Community leads on social-impact commitments.
