As the GBS Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead (DRnA), you will own the data and analytics capabilities across GBS, driving accurate, user-friendly reporting and advanced analytics that support data-driven decision-making.
You will be accountable for the GBS data landscape, data quality and reporting governance, including KPI/SLA definitions, reporting standards, demand prioritisation and the continuous improvement roadmap.
Working closely with Genpact, GBS Global Process Owners, Business Partners and operational tower leads, you will ensure data is accurate, transparent and delivered on time.
The role will translate operational data into actionable insights, helping GBS leadership identify performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
You will also drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and enhanced analytical capabilities.
As IVC Evidensia continues its transformation, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the GBS data landscape, tools and resources.
