</p></div><p><strong>About this role</strong></p> <p>UK-based HR leader who will serve as the primary HR Business Partner for our UK organisation as well as driving strategic, HRBP led global initiatives.
</p> <p>This person will be a key member of the UK leadership team, the main HR partner supporting the Head of International, and the voice of UK employees in all people-related matters.
They will lead talent management, performance, and organisational effectiveness efforts in the UK.
In addition, the role will own strategic HRBP projects that improve processes, enhance engagement, and support effective decision-making across the HRBP function.
</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of HRBP specific business partner experience, exceptional stakeholder management, strong analytical skillset and the ability to deliver both in-the-moment guidance and long-term impact.
