What You Will DoFull product availability.
Zero food waste.
Build the supply chain that delivers both.
KoRo is a better-for-you food brand on a fast track from a D2C-born challenger to a European omnichannel love brand – and increasingly a serious player on the retail shelf.
Getting the right product to the right customer at the right time, across both our online store and the retail channel, is where that promise is won or lost every single day.
That is the heart of this role.
As Director Supply Chain Planning, you own the two numbers that define a great food supply chain and usually pull against each other: product availability and inventory health.
Customers should always find what they came for – and at the same time we refuse to accept overstock, write-offs and expiring products as a cost of doing business.
Our north star is zero food waste, and you are the person who turns that ambition into an operating reality.
You lead the end-to-end supply chain of KoRo – including Supply and Inventory Planning (S&OP), as well as Product Ordering & Replenishment.
Today, much of this runs on deep human expertise and a lot of manual work.
Your mandate is to keep the operation sharp while building the next generation of it: an intelligent, largely automated supply chain that scales with our growth, so the team can spend its energy on the decisions that actually move the business.
Your tasksOwn product availability and inventory as your core KPIs.
You are accountable for product availability across channels and for the health of our inventory – with a relentless focus on full availability on our core assortment, while reducing overstock, slow movers and food waste on the path to our zero-waste goal.
You challenge the demand planning (raw demand forecast), and build and develop the teams behind supply planning (i.
turning the demand into the POs) and inventory planning (allocation post PO placement and no waste) – raising the bar on craft and ensuring.
