Position Overview The Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner, Growth & Capture owns full-lifecycle recruiting for pre-award and proposal-stage hiring, partnering directly with Capture Managers and Program Managers to build contingent-hire pipelines that support active bids and proposal submissions.
The role moves at the pace of the capture cycle — sourcing, screening, and securing qualified, clearance-eligible candidates on compressed timelines to strengthen the company's competitive position on new business.
This is a fully remote position; some travel will be required to represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and conferences.
