Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner.
You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our our teams across Europe.
Reporting to the TA Director, you will join a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners across Berlin and London, covering every market and every role up to C-suite.
Business Partnering - Own full-cycle hiring for your vertical end to end, from sourcing through offer, across Germany, the UK and the Netherlands.
Work directly with the leadership and hiring managers on all their hiring needs.
Process improvement - Identify opportunities to reduce friction points across the interview process and the candidate journey, and implement experiments and improvements.
Share sourcing techniques and hiring intelligence with the wider TA team across verticals and markets.
AI & Tooling - Contribute to making us more efficient and faster by leveraging existing AI workflows and helping us build new ones (Claude, chatGPT, n8n).
