Come grow with us! Role Overview Q4 is seeking a detail-oriented and persistent Content Services Research Analyst to join our team for a 6-month contract.

This is a high-volume, manually intensive role focused on maintaining the integrity of the data powering our AI-driven Investor Relations platform.

You will be responsible for resolving a backlog of customer tickets by researching, verifying, and updating investor contact information.

This role is ideal for a junior professional or recent graduate who is curious.

Responsabilidades

Ticket Resolution: Systematically process a high volume of customer tickets related to inaccurate or duplicate investor contact information

Manual Research: Conduct deep-dive research using LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases to verify professional details.

Data Integration: Update, correct, and merge contact records within Q4’s internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

Customer Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to custome.
