Echodyne is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to own the front end of the customer order process.
In this role, you will review customer purchase orders and Terms & Conditions, coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders, and ensure orders are commercially compliant before entering our ERP system.
This position plays a key role in helping the business scale efficiently, reducing processing delays, and ensuring a smooth handoff from Sales to Order Management.
Identifying non-standard or risky contract language.
Coordinating approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring approval matrices and delegation of authority are followed.
Verifying pricing, discounts, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping terms, and commercial.
Making sure all required documentation is complete before the order enters ERP.
Tracking approval status and ensuring timely turnaround.
