Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Define enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, target architectures, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and value streamsBusiness & Application Architecture: Design business capabilities, processes, application portfolios, and platform landscapes to enable scalable digital operating modelsData & Integration Architecture: Develop modern information, data, API-first, integration, and event-driven architectures that ensure interoperability and business valueLegacy Modernization & Technical Debt: Lead the transition from legacy and monolithic environments to cloud-native, modular, microservices-based architectures.

Help clients to harmonize their diverse technology landscapes, work on their technical debt, and guide their IT migrationsTechnology Transformation: Design multi and hybrid cloud environments and new platforms reflecting.
