Drive implementation of strategic fleet initiatives, ensuring alignment across Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance.
Strengthen and further develop Fleet Quality & Excellence frameworks and processes.
Contribute to topics related to commercial and employment law by ensuring operational readiness and structured documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify operational or compliance gaps.
Improve governance structures, documentation standards, and audit preparedness.
