Job Summary As a Matching Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between talent and internal team members within our organization.

Your primary focus will be to own and maintain effective communication channels with talent while managing various administrative tasks to ensure streamlined operations and job performance.

Independently manage communication through various channels to ensure seamless interactions and information sharing.

• Follow up with talent within assigned accounts to understand project status, identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, proactively prevent disputes, and share relevant updates with stakeholders as needed.

• Manage and execute various tasks and actions associated with assigned acco.
