Guide customers through the full sales journey, providing tailored product consultations, recommending the right pergolas and accessories, and ensuring a seamless experience from first enquiry through to purchase.
Take ownership of the Charlgrove showroom, continuously improving its presentation and customer experience to maximise sales opportunities and create an inspiring environment for prospective customers.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending relevant accessories, add-ons, and maintenance solutions, while ensuring orders are accurate and customers receive the right solution for their outdoor space.
What You’ll BringAt least 1 year of experience in sales, customer-facing, or similar commercial roles, ideally with experience selling high-value consumer products.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation.
