Head of MigrationsLocation: Our offices are in Central London, along with several of our customers.
Travel to our customer sites is required, the frequency of which will vary from customer-to-customer.
You need to be able to travel onsite to London up to 3 days per week, although onsite.
You do not need active SC clearance as we will undertake checks upon you joining, but you must be eligible to pass SC clearance.
DV clearance may be required for certain roles, so the ability/willingness to pass DV clearance is advantageous but not essential.
You will be the single accountable owner of our migration pipeline, created in direct response to the volume of AWS Migration Acceleration Programme (MAP) engagements now running across our client base.
The remit goes wider than MAP workload migrations.
You will lead data centre exit programmes and landing zone migrations too, building a repeatable set of methodologies and delivery assets for each rather than running every engagement bespoke.
This is a role that grows with the offering.
You start by proving demand and defining how we deliver.
Once the investment case lands, you recruit and lead the team.
In time you own a standalone unit with full profit and loss accountability.
The person does not change as the offering matures.
What changes is what you are accountable for.
What you will doOwn Cloudscaler's MAP relationship, making sure engagements are registered, funded and tracked through Assess, Mobilise and Migrate, with funding claims that are accurate, evidenced and defensible.
