</li> <li>Develop and maintain traceability, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.

</li> <li>Implement guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.

</li> <li>Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search frameworks.

Requisitos

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance.
• Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar).
• Hands-on expertise in Python, with knowledge of both API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
• Experience with traceability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
• Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
