As the Senior Systems Enablement Manager, you will own the end-to-end enablement strategy and delivery of complex, high-impact technology systems across our ANZ operational landscape

Operating with high autonomy, you will lead deep-dive gap analyses to tailor global system blueprints to local market needs, drive technical readiness workstreams, and shape the Launch Team’s playbooks and capabilities.

</p> <p>This role is based in <strong>Sydney, Australia</strong> and reporting to the <strong>Launch Team Lead - ANZ</strong>.

</p> <p><strong>You will…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end strategy, scope, and delivery of complex, high-impact system launches across the ANZ region.

</li> <li>Build and manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs, proactively mitigating risks and managing cross-functional dependencies.

</li> <li>Lead deep-dive gap analyses comparing global tech blueprints against local ANZ.

Requisitos

You have…

• Strong knowledge of project management theories, concepts, methodologies, and launch interdependencies.
• Proven experience independently managing projects in Supply Chain / Operational teams.
• Great organisation
