Role DescriptionWe are looking for Subject Matter Experts with experience in operations roles who have spent real time building business reviews, process rollout packs, and operational performance decks.

Responsabilidades

include:Designing "problems" to test state-of-the-art AI models on your workflows (ex. designing tasks that start mid-workflow - this can be a monthly business review that's work in progress, a process rollout pack that needs revised targets or an operational training deck moving into a new template)Working with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and evaluate AI systems on the designed real-world operations work.Necessary

Habilidades

include:3+ years in a business operations, program management, or process improvement role with deep hands-on PowerPoint workAbility to define what "good" looks like precisely enough for someone else to grade against itAttention to detail, and willingness to learn concepts in AI and dataLocationRemote or In-office (Liverpool Street, London)CompensationOn Task Idea Selection: $400 and then $100/hr for evaluation / rubric design (no prev experience required, team will help with this)Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
