The roleAs Finance Associate at Encord, you'll own the operational core of our finance function, including: supplier payments, customer invoicing, and month-end reconciliations - ensuring everything runs accurately and on time.
You'll partner closely with the wider finance function and cross-functional teams across the business, helping make finance a great partner to the rest of the company.

What you'll doManage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, VAT returns and accounts receivable.
Process employee expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
Oversee client invoicing and manage billing workflows.
Assist with month-end close procedures, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
