We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with experience designing for digital consumer products to help shape and elevate the user experience for our corporate travel shopping experience.
As a senior member of the product design team, you will create, test, and deliver web and mobile experiences within an agile software development team.
You will be working with a diverse team of Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to influence the strategic direction for your product area(s) by translating insights into ideas that balance business goals, technical constraints, and voice of our customer end-users.
This role will be required to work from our Berlin office at least 3 days per week.
In this role, you will:Be autonomous and collaborative.
Take full ownership of your design work and full responsibility for communication with your teammates.
Interface directly with cross-functional teams and customers to collect the insights and constraints that inform your design decisions.
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes for design solutions that drive user and business impact.
Apply systems thinking to approach scalable design solutions and the areas they impact, both now and in the future.
