The Role This is a hands-on HR generalist role for someone who wants broad exposure across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will support the HR Manager across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll liaison, and compliance, acting as a trusted first point of contact for employees and a reliable pair of hands behind the scenes.
You will own the day-to-day administration that keeps HR running smoothly, from screening CVs to maintaining accurate employee records, while also getting involved in higher-value work like onboarding delivery, exit interviews, and HR documentation.
Where the HR Manager sets policy and direction, you make sure it's delivered accurately, on time, and with strict confidentiality.

Recruitment & Resourcing • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including liaising with recruitment agencies and sharing job specifications to support timely and effective hiring.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a central point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate internal vacancies and opportuni.
