We sit within the wider Subscription EMEA org, whose vision is to create the world's leading membership programme in local commerce, delivering unprecedented value and a world-class experience to members.
About the roleWe're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own strategy and execution for new benefits within Subscription.
This is a hybrid strategy/build/run role: you'll define what to launch, then work cross-functionally to get it shipped and measure whether it's working.
You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution - this is not a role where strategy stops at a slide deck.
Typical problems you'll solve:What new benefits should we launch for Subscription - which ideas are worth pursuing, and what's the business case for each? How do we prioritise and sequence a pipeline of benefit ideas against limited engineering, design, and operational capacity? How do we define success for a new benefit before launch - what does a good outcome look like, and what would tell us to kill it?Once live, how is a benefit actually performing - impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and member satisfaction - against its cost to serve, and what does that tell us to do next? How do we take a benefit from a small pilot to a scaled, steady-state feature, and what needs to be true operationally for that to work? What you'll be doingOwn the strategy and roadmap for new benefits within Subscription - build the analysis, the business case, and the plan, and drive it through to execution.
Cross-functional delivery - partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to take benefit ideas from concept to launch, without formal authority over any of them.
Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline - evaluate a stream of ideas (experiential, use-case speci.
