• Act as an independent platforms expert for the Marketing domain collaborating with engineering teams to steer technical solution design and co-work on implementationsRoll out new platform features and enable adoption by self-service users incorporating them into new campaigns and operational processesUse agentic AI tooling to automate structured tasks and remove delivery bottlenecks Build and maintain scalable, low-code data pipelines between marketing platforms, data sources and reporting toolsMonitor and own the health of platforms: identify and mitigate risks, issues or control weaknesses, create accessible documentation, and support views of data and system reliabilityWhat we’re looking for 🌱We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team cli.
