Overview:We are seeking a Product Manager Intern to support the product management team across the product lifecycle — from concept and roadmap development to field deployment across 50+ production sites.

This is a high-learning, cross-functional role at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations.

Working alongside experienced product leaders, you will help bridge communication between our AI/R&D team, software & hardware engineering, solutions architects, and customers — assisting in translating real-world operational complexity into scalable product.

:Product Strategy & Roadmap SupportAssist in maintaining and updating the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliabilitySupport priority alignment — monthly to annual — in accordance with commercial goals and technical constraintsAI & Technical OwnershipCollaborate with the R&D team to help refine training data strategies, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholdsHelp collect and analyze field failure data to feed back into Cortex training modelsCustomer & Field CollaborationSpend time at production sites; turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirementsAssist in drafting capability specs, performance SLAs, and integration requirements for customer-facing deliveryCross-functional ExecutionSupport backlog management; help prioritize items by impact, frequency, & strategic fitCoordinate with engineering leads to track task completion, identify depen...
