We're hiring a VP FInance and Investments to structure the financing strategy of the holding company and play a central role in Scale's deal-making.
It's a StratCo seat internally and a key point of contact for our investors externally, at a moment when the shape of Hexa for the next years is being decided.
The MissionYou'll be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Hexa Partners, sitting at the intersection of finance and deal-making strategy.
You'll drive the financing of the holding company, own the relationship with our shareholders, and bring analytical firepower to Scale's investment decisions (including a seat on the board of several portfolio companies).
Think Swiss Army knife: equally at home in a financial model, a deal structuring conversation, an incentive mechanism, or a banking negotiation.
