🏡 Where you'll fit in:You'll be joining Kraken as the primary technical and relationship owner for Octopus Energy France (OEFR) - one of our key European accounts.
Based in Paris, you'll sit at the intersection of Kraken's delivery, technology, and customer success functions, working day-to-day alongside the French Client Delivery Leads, TAMs and Client Partners and a wider cross-functional team.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role.
You'll be the bridge between OEFR's priorities and Kraken's internal teams - translating client needs into action, unblocking delivery, and representing the account in stereos and working sessions.
