(Senior) Accountant, 30h (all genders)

Your roleFRASER is an independent creative agency with teams across Berlin, Zurich, Cape Town and Dubai.

We develop integrated campaigns, content and digital experiences for ambitious international brands, combining strategic thinking, creativity and technology.

As our Accountant, you will play a key role in keeping FRASER's day-to-day finance operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with our Finance Manager and external accounting and tax partners across our international locations.

Responsabilidades

will include:Manage day-to-day accounting and financial administrationProcess, verify and organise incoming and outgoing invoices, including accurate allocation to projects and entitiesMaintain accurate financial records across our accounting and ERP systemsPrepare bookkeeping documentation and support monthly closing and reconciliation processesCoordinate payment runs, recurring expenses and subscriptionsWork closely with external accountants and tax advisors across our international entitiesIdentify discrepancies and support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance tasks and reportingYour profile4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a similar finance roleSolid experience working with German accounting and financial processesHands-on experience with DATEV and ERP/accounting systemsGood understanding of German bookkeeping principlesExperience with invoice processing, reconciliations, accounts payable and general accountingStrong attention to detail and a structured, organised way of workingComfortable working independently and taking ownership of recurring financial processesExperience working with multiple entities or international businesses is a plusProfessional working proficiency in German (B2 or above)Excellent English, both written and spokenA pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentWhat we offerThe opportunity to shape a globally relevant social media arm of a ...
