About the Role We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering & Facilities to define and scale the engineering systems, infrastructure, and technical capabilities that power our compounding and pharmacy fulfillment network.
This leader will own the design and evolution of our end-to-end engineering ecosystem, spanning facility design, cleanrooms, utilities, automation, manufacturing systems, and material flow from compounding through dispensing, packaging, and delivery.
You will serve as the senior-most engineering partner to Pharmacy, Operations, and Quality leadership.
The role requires strong engineering judgment, executive leadership, and enough experience in GMP- and USP-regulated environments to translate quality.
